Your Sucess as a Leader Depends on –

1. Your ability to entice people around you….Not just your team members, but your colleagues, your superiors and your partners (vendors).

 2. Whether you can follow someone – To be a good leader you must be a good follower. Alfred Lord Tennyson said in his poem “The Charge of the Light Brigade” – “Theirs not to reason why,

 3. Delegate – It happens in most cases….Someone gets all the work in a team and some next to nothing….you as a leader should be able to delegate all work smartly. Distribute work in such a way that no one is over loaded….you will see the difference.

 4. Don’t Put all Eggs in One Basket – As a leader you are supposed to get work done from a group of people…..assign minimum two people on a task….by doing this you make sure you are not dependent of a singular person. If he falls sick or something comes up – work is not put on hold.
